House Markup: Bills on Energy Policy, Robocalls, and Autism

The House Committee on Energy and Commerce will hold a markup session to consider bills related to energy policy, robocalls, and autism, among others.

Bills related to energy policy include:

  • HR 359: "Enhancing Grid Security through Public-Private Partnerships Act"
  • HR 360: "Cyber Sense Act of 2019"
  • HR 362: "Energy Emergency Leadership Act"
  • HR 370: "Pipeline and LNG Facility Cybersecurity Preparedness Act"
  • HR 806: "Portable Fuel Container Safety Act of 2019"
  • HR 1315: "Blue Collar to Green Collar Jobs Development Act of 2019" 
  • HR 2041: "Weatherization Enhancement and Local Energy Efficiency Investment and Accountability Act"
  • HR 2044: "Smart Building Acceleration Act"
  • HR 2088: a bill to amend the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 to reauthorize the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program, and for other purposes
  • HR 2119: a bill to amend the Energy Policy Act of 2005 to reauthorize grants for improving the energy efficiency of public buildings, and for other purposes
  • HR 2665: "Smart Energy and Water Efficiency Act of 2019"
  • HR 2781: "Educating Medical Professionals and Optimizing Workforce Efficiency and Readiness for Health Act of 2019" or the "EMPOWER for Health Act of 2019"
  • HR 3432: "Safer Pipelines Act of 2019"
