In the process, it really doesn’t achieve much at all.
Instead of focusing on a single aspect of health or wellness (such as joint health), Zyflamend has attempted to address joint health and stress and metabolic health, and hormonal balance among others.
Yes, Zyflamend claims on their website that this product is mostly about reducing inflammation and joint pain. But the ingredients inside tell you another story.
In our opinion, ingredients such as green tea extract, holy basil, and Skullcap should’ve been replaced with the likes of MSM, chondroitin, glucosamine, and selenium, which are all proven joint health compounds that can not only reduce joint pain but also help with long-term healing of cartilage & connective tissues.
You could say that by trying to be a jack of all trades, Zyflamend has ended up being a “master of none”.
