This bill proposes amendments to the Communications Act of 1934 to extends the statute of limitations for the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to prosecute automated "robocall" operators and those who use fake or obscured numbers (i.e., spoofing) to solicit business over the phone. This bill also proposes to strike requirements that FCC first issue citations to robocall and spoofing operators.
